'Staff were excellent. Hotel was under construction during our stay. Hotel did a good job keeping construction interference to minimum. Room was nice, clean, and roomy but the air conditioner was old and LOUD. Like being inside an engine! Bathroom doesn't look like it was remodeled with room - warped door and older tiles. But not a problem. Only criticism was the old, ver LOUD air conditioning unit...right next to bed.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'Room was really nice and comfortable. Great stop on a road trip for an overnight rest. 'This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel when booking! It was super clean from walking the hotel entrance in to the room. Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. 'We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. Upon opening shades we then see that the floors had not been cleaned, like in a long time! Coffee stains...
