'Perfect clean room. Will definitely check in again'

'We stayed in The Anndore House for the 8th time. And again we felt very welcome and at home! We were upgraded to a corner room. We really liked having extra seating space and a coffee machine. We will book at The Anndore House again in the spring!'

'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...

'No pool '

'Fantastic hotel. Well located - close to TTC station and so much to do within walking distance. Staff was well trained and polite. However, there was soap and shampoo missing; they rectified the situation after a couple of reminders. The room lighting is controlled by control boards around the room, which is truly wonderful! The bathroom is well designed and can be closed off from the bedroom area. I do think the bathroom could have been cleaner (shower and toilet area) as an establishment...

'This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been at and I’ve traveled alot. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to see a Blue Jays game or visit downtown Toronto. The added features like the soft bedding and electric moving shades make the stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’ll probably be back.'

'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'The older gentleman that valeted my car when I got there, then I had the same guy when I left was absolutely amazing!!! He was so nice and was so above and beyond!!! Sorry I can’t remember his name…You need more staff like him!! '

'Slightly dated hotel. Good overall quality. There is a $30 additional (compulsory but hidden)fee to use the amenities to be paid at check-in. Why a 5* hotel with these prices needs to do this is truely puzzling…'
