'Het grootste pluspunt van dit hotel is de locatie: aan de haven van Hyannis, vanwaar de boten naar Martha's Vineyard en Nantuckett vertrekken. Daarnaast is het slechts 3 minuten lopen naar de centrale straat van Hyannis met winkels en restaurants. Het hotel zelf is OK, flinke kamers en als je niet vanuit je kamer direct op de parkeerplaats wilt stappen, is een kamer op de eerste verdieping aan te raden (wel iets duurder). De kamer heeft naast een wekker geen enkele luxe, maar hij is wel schoon,...

'Our room was clean, bathroom was very clean. It was very peaceful at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed for our stay. The bar and restaurant had very good food, and drink. We had a beach / water view from our room and balcony. The beach is located across the street from the hotel making it very easy to access. I highly recommend this hotel. Rates are very reasonable considering the location.'

'I booked this motel through Expedia and paid more than 4 months in advance, expecting a quality room that matched the listing. Instead, I was extremely disappointed. The room was with a small window, about 75% of the view was completely blocked by a rusted metal building located only about 4 inches from the window, while the remaining 25% offered almost no view at all.
