'We have stayed with this host 3x over 3 years. Always very responsive and helpful. We appreciate so much the extra touches they put into the unit for the holidays, it makes our trip feel so special. This year the host had to help me because the VRBO App was malfunctioning, and he was so gracious to send me links to get our reservation worked out. Always a great stay!'

'The place was nice. When we booked we didn’t realize it was a duplex. I wish that was on the first line of the description. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy. They were up stomping & a kid running around before 7am every morning. I understand the host cannot do much to control that however we reached out to them about the noise & never got a response back. Over all, the home itself was nice. '

'Our first time trying Vrbo and overall our stay at this location was good. Cabin needs more improvements and I would highly recommend to host reinforce on dogs must be crated while you out in town without them. It did affect certain things at our cabin. My dogs were crated when we were out in Dollywood and other places. It’s a good location with short drive to many entertainments. WiFi worked perfect. Driving up and down hill was a tricky task but we made it. Road needs more maintenance done....
