'This property exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, the rooms were large, and the very high ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was outstanding - whirlpool tub, walk in shower, double sinks, separate toliet compartment. We had a rainy day and really enjoyed the gas fireplace. 'The location of a private beach in the salt water fed pond and the feeling that the ocean beach is all ours. Plus how quiet the house is, even with the road to the beach so close. In a bird sanctuary. We go for the peacefulness of the wonderful little house.'

'What an adorable cozy Timber Cottage!! My adult children and their sweethearts stayed here for my huband's and my wedding and we were all thrilled with the accommodations. It's spacious and beautiful and thoughtfully layed out - lovely soaring ceilings. Peaceful location yet close to everything. The host was very kind and communicative. Would definitely rent here again!'

'The house is well maintained. Check-in was very easy. The house is located in the woods in a bit of a labyrinth of small roads. The kitchen facilities were great. Craig had recently purchased a new set of pots and pans that were in excellent condition. Craig was extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything functioned well from the stove to the bathroom. '

'The most relaxing vacation of our lives. The owners were there and they were great hosts. They set us up with some oatmeal and saved us when we forgot a breakfast staple. All in all it’s a cozy space that’s clean and very well kept. We’d definitely stay there again. '

'Wow! What a spot! I almost don’t want to review it so i can gatekeep it!! But I can’t keep this from anyone- perfect beach house. PERFECT location for a relaxing, disconnected, beach vacation in nature. West Tisbury is so special and lamberts cove beach is an absolute dream. There are walking trails at the end of the road, grocery store and breakfast spot very close. We had the best time, and cannot wait to go back. '

'The property is just as cute an convenient as advertised. It was our first time bringing our dog on vacation, and he loved the fenced-in yard. (Note for pet owners, he could get out to the driveway if he tried.) The sunset and sunrise walks were amazing, especially with the nature preserves on the road. Beds were very comfortable. We loved all the little touches the owners provide. If you like nature and don't mind some short walks, this is the place. We also loved rhe history and backstory. '
