« This is a superior listing. We just spent three nights (late March) at the cottage and it was extraordinary. We've stayed in a number of accommodations on MV and this was, by far, the best. The cottage is adorable, super clean, nicely outfitted (kitchen is right-sized for the cottage and has everything you'll need). The first night the wind was up a little bit and we could hear the waves gently hitting the shoreline (that's how close you are to the water). Sunrises were amazing. You are right in...

« The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area.
Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. The fridge door...

« It was very comfortable with upgraded kitchen and bathroom. It had all we needed. The owner was very responsive . Easy check in process. The location was perfect, just across from a beautiful ocean beach and very near Hyannis and many attractions. »

« Very quaint home with plenty of space for the family and a well stocked home. The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and the bed we were in was very comfortable. Any easy walk down to the marina and small beach for the kids. The breakfast place, Pizza place and convenience store was right around the corner. Only heads up for others is the laundry area in the basement…not my favorite. »
