Cottages in Marsh Island

'Lovely cottage on Bay of Fundy. We loved to see how the tide changes twice a day. The decor was so nice inside and out. Lovely garden and front porch with a bbq. Very clean and had everything we needed. There is a couple local take-out restaurants in the area which were great! If you want a fancier sit down restaurant you will have to drive 35 mins to one of the local towns. Its a very quiet lobster fishing town where we bought some fresh lobster one day right off the boat next door to us....

'Lovely cottage besides a beautiful lake. Near some hiking and rock hounding if that's what you care about. Clean. Nicely equipped. Lots of wood for fires. Absolute gem. Many many thanks to the owners'

'Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

'This is a beautiful and quiet location. It was cozy, clean, and had the simple essentials that were needed to cook, enjoy fires, and clean up after ourselves. Everything was easy to find and the host was communicative! '

'We enjoyed our stay. The view is great and so is the location. Milbridge is a great little town, and makes for a great base for short day trips to surrounding communities, including MDI. The cabin itself is fairly rustic, but has most of the necessary creature comforts one expects. Water pressure was a bit low and the bed was not very comfortable, but that is partly a matter of preference. '

'Spent a couple days during Lobstah festival. Took advantage of the kitchen and BBQ. Master shower not very user-friendly with current knob setup spent more time drying the floor than showering. '
