'Its a modest hotel if ur looking to stay close to the south Brooklyn area'

'The staff was kind and helpful and the hotel was clean. It was our first time to stay in the area and I did not like the neighborhood. I was not comfortable walking around after dark by myself. I will definitely go back to staying in downtown Brooklyn next time.'

'Everything was great except the restaurant prices: $25 ($30 after tax and tip) for a Woodford on the rocks), and $31 (before tax and tip) for a breakfast cake (essentially a muffin).'

'Nice hotel, but parking is awfull. There a no handicap parking spots but 1 in the garage. For our second night even that one was taken so we had to park a few bloks further. The price per night is too high '

'Good location outside Manhattan. Trains to Manhattan available within walking distance.'

'The room was smelling very badly. As if it was sprayed with some insecticides or poison. I contacted the receptionist and requested a different room. He demanded an extra 20 dollar because the room on the higher floor had a better view. It was the opposite of the reviews we had read. We are disappointed in this property. It is also far from many New York’s iconic tourist sites. That is our bad the we didn’t study the map before booking.'

'It is a clean hotel, at some distance from Manhattan. For those from Western Europe it will be an experience to have a breakfast with only cookies and the like'

'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '

'As expected. Very simple, but good. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. OK service. Good price for quality and location '

'Prima hotel. Druk bij het ontbijt dat was jammer.'

'This was a nice cost efficient spot for our one night stay. The staff was very friendly and the shower was really nice. Unfortunately, there were some black streaks on our top sheet so we didn’t sleep with that. The walls were also very thin so I could hear different conversations very clearly while waiting on the elevator in the hallway. We would definitely come back, but we’d check in earlier so we can double check the bed and get fresh sheets if necessary.'

'Prettig hotel. Ruime kamers prettig design. Makkelijke verbinding met metro naar andere plekken. '
