'My husband, daughter and I stayed for 4 days at Level, and while the VRBO listing touts all kinds of amenities, very few were actual. Never saw housekeeping the entire visit. The basketball court was a big plus for my daughter only to find no equipment available. Big disappointment. The pool/sauna are nice, but super slick. My husband slipped and fell in the sauna. The check in process was also awful. We arrived very late and received a parking QR Card that didnt work, then our room keys wouldnt...

'Great property located walking distance to the Lite Rail. It was very handy to get to Lumen Field for a concert. The house was spacious and clean. It met all our needs. Communications with the owners did take a while to get any response. But for the most part was unneeded. Would stay here again. '
