'When I booked our stay, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, I forgot to request the top floor. When we checked in, we mentioned it and our room was moved to the top corner away from elevators and convention goers. It had no view, but that didn't matter because quiet and a good few nights sleep are what we were really after. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again.'

'I went to my room to get settled and found that there was not a hair dryer in the bathroom, so I went to the front desk and asked. They could not believe and went to my room to see. I was right, no hair dryer. They gave me one but a bit awkward as it was to hang on the wall. I was able to use it. The room was fridged and I had to turn the air down and the temp up in the room. The best part was the breakfast in the morning. Very nice stay.'

'Check in process was very easy. The interior of the property was almost exactly what was shown in the listing. The unit is very nice--updated, clean, comfortable beds, space to move around, equiped kitchen. The propery appears to be in an apartment complex rather than condo complex.
