'My family and i enjoyed our time together here for a long weekend. Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to room. Im not sure if that was mentioned in description. Plenty of room for everyone in nice sized bedrooms. Bedroom loft is open to downstairs but still feels fairly private. Nice fireplace and firewood on site. We saw wild turkeys right outside. Overall cleanliness was okay. We did not use the sauna so I cannot comment on that.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The condo was just as shown. Quiet relaxing location close to Traverse City, wineries, Elk Rapids etc The owner is prompt when asking a question. We will keep this on our preferred places to stay when coming up north.'

'It was perfect for our weekend trip. We liked the location because it was quiet and on the beach. Downtown Traverse City is a few miles away which is easy to get to. There’s a coffee shop and a couple restaurants within walking distance. The pool and Jacuzzi were a bonus. Nice clean place to stay. Thx!'

'The amenities were great and being at the beach while also having a pool onsite was awesome. The only minor drawback is being close to the busy street. You can hear road noise in the bedroom. The pool, hot tub and common areas were very clean.'

'We enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo. The grounds are stunning! During our stay we enjoyed the fireput in the evening and the outdoor pool and amazing view at Village Summit. The BBQ was out of gas and burner is broken (rusted in half) and needs to be replaced. We would also recommend a lighter to start a fire in the fireput. Other than that, we loved your condo and we will rent again. '

'House carpet was very dirty. Oven door is falling apart. Also, even though we were told before hand that there was only a weekends worth of toilet tissue provided and we were prepared we feel if we pay for a week and not just a weekend then we should be provided toilet tissue for a week. Enjoyed all the rooms. No real problems. Nice area. Communication was good. Thanks'

'Perfect lodging for a large group. Condo is awesome. Nicely decorated, clean and fabulous setting in northern Michigan wooded setting. Boyne Mountain amenities are close by with restaurants, bars, spa, coffee shop, shopping and scenic mountain. Hosts were most accommodating. Highly recommend.'

'We spent our days at the cottage soaking in the Michigan air and fishing right out of your back door. My husband and I really enjoyed the kayaks. The crystal clear water is a must see. The property was very clean. The paddle boat didn’t work properly, it appear the o side had water inside but again the kayaks was GREAT.. I would love to return again with my family and rent both properties. We plan to come back. '
