All-inclusive hotels in Mamora Bay

'Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and having your own plunge pool was an amazing experience and great to cool off after a hot day. Very tranquil and beautiful. Only complaint was the food was just ok. The bbq night was really delicious. Felt we overpaid for the floating tapas to our room as well. Was very disappointed in that. Our server Maxine was awesome and went over an above.'

'We had a great time at Hawksbill. The food was excellent, the Tamarind buffet changed nightly for dinner which was very enjoyable. Seagrapes has great food but they do have additional charges if you want a steak or Lobster (and its quite pricey). Our only disappointment was that our Beachfront bungalow was on the beach where you couldn't really swim because it was very rocky and hard to get in & out. We had to walk to the other side to swim in the ocean or the pool. The staff were very friendly...

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
