'Location was great, 20 minute walk from Dotonbori and 5 minute walk from Osaka loop line. Air conditioning was weak for the humid summer air which made our room on the 4th floor room warm. Instruction manual for the appliances were a little difficult to translate.'

'The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone....

'家族旅行での滞在において、広くて快適なホテルでした。チェックインは無人でしたが、事前に送られてきたメールから情報入力を済ませておいたので、すぐにチェックインが出来ました。近くに本館があるようで、困ったら近くのホテルのスタッフがサポートしてくれるようで安心ですね。 ホテルの部屋は一般的なホテルではなく、まるで家に泊まっているかのような広さと便利な設備があり、ベッドの枕元には十分な電源がありました。風呂とトイレも別で、浴室乾燥機能があるのはありがたいですね。子供の服も洗濯してすぐに乾燥できたのはとても便利でした。 近くにはコンビニやマクドナルドもあり、食事には困りませんでした。難波まで少し歩きますが、それまでの商店街がサブカルチャーの店も多く、その店を見るのを楽しみながら歩いているとあっという間でした。 まあ大阪に旅行する際は是非利用したいと思います。'
