« Personnel top. Superbes piscines. L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et en particulier les chambres. On m'avait vendu du rêve pour la plage mais en fait le sable est surtout composé de débris coreaux et d'autres choses qui obligent à vêtir des chaussures de mer »

« 事前に知りたいことがあったのでエクスペディアからメッセージを2回送ったが 返信が来なかった。（他のセブ島のホテルでは返ってきた） なので公式hpの問い合わせメールで直接送ったがやはり返信はなかった。 お風呂のお湯がとてもぬるい。 朝食は8:00すぎにいったが ３０分くらい待つと言われた。 １０分で呼ばれた。 はやくてよかった。 我が子の誕生日のお祝いがなかなか 始まらないので、 スタッフに問い合わせたら 「今から準備するから３０分後」と言われた。食べ終わっていたので、そのために待つのもな…と思い断って退出した。残念。 ポロロパークを利用した php2000で2時間。 日本円で5000円以上なのでだいぶ高め。 楽しみにしていた汽車はメンテナンス中で使えなかった。 何個かメンテナンス中というものがあった。 入る前に教えて欲しかった。 中のスタッフの方は子どもたちにとても優しい。 服を着せてくれたり 靴の着脱も手伝ってくれた。 プールは広くて子どもはとても楽しんでいた。 （日本のサマランよりは小さい） 小さい子連れならジェーパークアイランドは とても楽しめる。 »

« I like all the staff in this hotel. What I don’t like is the outlets. All our cellphone and laptop chargers seems too small for the outlet. No outlets in the bathroom to plug the hair blower in. Also, please include toilet papers in your amenities and always put two bathroom towels as your rooms are good for two people. The room rates are reasonable, so I will still be back as I always visit family back home every year. Overall experience is fantastic and that’s because of the staff. Keep them...
