'Super friendly staff, but all im gonna say is after sleeping here im covered in bed bugs bites.'

'Couldn't order diner because the kitchen closed early, and the male staff member was very rude and unprofessional about it. He then closed the bar early, even while there was a line of people still checking in, and waiting to order. Then to top off the rude and unprofessional staff member, the bed felt like it had been acquired from an op shop 20 years ago and dressed with linen that stunk. Very disappointed'

Unfortunately I decided to stay there with an abusive gas lighting narcissist who made the entire vibe of the stay just feel yucky,low and terrible. Highly recommend the Metropolitan Hotel. 5 stars all round.'

'Location was good, staff very helpful and close to local restaurants. Only negative for me as a non smoker is, there is no smoking in the rooms but many would sit outside and smoke which I found could be smelt while in my room.'
