The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

In addition, the property has a washer to meet your laundry needs for added convenience.

You can also access the private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Porto da Cruz is a charming village located on the northeast coast of Madeira.

Porto da Cruz is nestled between the mountains and the sea and boasts stunning natural landscapes. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the rugged coastline.

The village retains its traditional charm with colourful houses, cobblestone streets, and friendly locals. It offers a glimpse into Madeira's authentic culture and way of life.

Porto da Cruz is an excellent base for exploring Madeira's famous levadas or irrigation channels turned hiking trails. These paths wind through lush forests, offering nature walks and birdwatching opportunities.

The village is renowned for its surfing conditions, attracting surfers worldwide. Additionally, visitors can indulge in other water activities, such as swimming, snorkelling, and paddleboarding along the coastline.

Porto da Cruz has several historical landmarks, including old sugar cane mills and rum distilleries. The Engenhos do Norte Rum Factory offers guided tours where visitors can learn about the production process and sample locally-made rum.

Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
