Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. 'Fantastic stay at the Djorff Palace. The setting is magical located on the quite and beautiful West Bank, the Palace allows a peaceful stay along the Nile’s shores. The building itself is unbelievable, built with taste and lot attention to the details, wooden balconies and windows, the place in itself a journey back to the past. 'Although the internet service of this hotel is REALLY bad, the rest of it is plainly gorgeous. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is corteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient. It was a big contrast with staff at other Egyptian hotels I've stayed during this visit. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the location is great.
