'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. Amazing, if ever coming back, I am coming back here.'

'This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. 'Mr. Ali and Abdullah, as well as the complete hotel staff takes care of us on all aspects. They are super friendly, that make you feel like they are your family. They provided us the best options possible for visiting so many places in few days at the best price. They really made as feel very comfortable… you can trust them very quickly. 'De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk maar het hotel is luidruchtig. Om het licht uit te doen tijdens de nacht moesten we de electriciteit afzetten zodat de AC ook niet werkte. We zijn van hotel veranderd na een nacht.'

'If you only care about location and a cheap price, then this place would work for you. This hotel needs lots of TLC. For me it seems like this place used to be a very good hotel, but they have neglected maintenance. Everything was old (beyond usual wear and tear), especially the mattresses. The restaurant's prices are really inflated, and honestly for nothing. Anyhow, the reception and bell hop staff were friendly and helpful. '
