'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. Amazing, if ever coming back, I am coming back here.'

'Alhoewel men culinair hier en/of daar wel een steekje durft laten vallen is, zijn de 3 restaurants, op hun geheel beoordeeld, bevredigend. 'Although the internet service of this hotel is REALLY bad, the rest of it is plainly gorgeous. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is corteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient. It was a big contrast with staff at other Egyptian hotels I've stayed during this visit. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the location is great. 'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof... But, this is clearly compensated by all the positives.'

'20min walk from Luxor temple, several restaurants for dinner and a rooptoppool. On arrival they give you a personal tour in the hotel. Only negative point is that there is no extra AC in the gym. Or i didn't find it.'

'Net hotel met mooie kamers die uitzicht hebben op de Nijl. Elke morgen een goed ontbijt en het hotel beschikt ook over een mooi buitenzwembad waar je lekker in kan zwemmen. Verder kan je bij dit hotel tours boeken naar alle toeristische atracties in de buurt. Een voordeel is dat dit hotel op loopaftand ligt tussen diverse musea, Luxor tempel en Karnak.'

'Sayed and his team did a great job. Followed through on everything. We arrived at the airport, had a driver/tour guide, went on a tour, then to boat, which was as advertised. There are a lot of boat options - so I just asked for photos of the exact boat which he sent, and it was exactly that. This was all arranged on short notice too. The tour guides were generally good and vehicles all great which was nice after coming from Cairo where a taxi/Uber quality is so poor. I would recommend book...

The hotel arranged a local guide, named Hamatto who was just excellent. He is an Egyptologist and gave us so much back story of ancient Egypt. We loved our tours with him!'

'スザンナホテル ルクソールに宿泊しました。立地がとても良く、ルクソール神殿や駅にも近いので、観光や移動の拠点としてかなり便利でした。 スタッフの方々はいつも笑顔で感じがよく、ちょっとした相談にも親切に対応してくれたのが印象的です。朝食はレストランでいただきましたが、タイミングが合うと空に熱気球が浮かんでいるのを眺めながら食事ができて、旅気分が一気に高まりました。さらに、部屋からはスフィンクスの参道（アヴェニュー・オブ・スフィンクス）が見えて、朝や夕方に窓から眺める時間がとても良かったです。 一方で残念だった点もあります。ホテル前にいるタクシーの呼び込みがしつこく、出入りのたびに声をかけられるのが少しストレスでした。周辺も全体的に騒がしく、部屋で静かにゆっくり過ごしたい人には向かないかもしれません。設備面では、部屋のハンガーが1本しかなく不便でした。 総合的には「ロケーション重視で動き回る人」におすすめのホテルです。便利さと景色の良さは大きな魅力でした。'
