« The cabin is close to everything but also feels like you are far secluded in the woods, which was nice! The kids loved the âhot poolâ and the comfy couches and beds. The beds had mattress toppers that made them very soft and cozy. »

« The rooms carpet was fraying by the edge of the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had rust spots. The blinds on all three windows were broken. I have pictures of all of these complaints. The staff told me that every room is booked and everyone has checked in. Then twenty minutes later he called me and told me there was a cancellation and a room was available. How could that be if everyone was checked in. He only did this because I asked for the manager or when the manager was going to be there. »
