'This place was a green oasis popping out from a Fri and dusty town. A huge green lawn, frangipani trees abundant with flowers. Pet Tortoises wandering on the lawn!! The huts had AC, huge bathroom, lovely bed and local art work murals in the walls. The owner ensured we were comfortable. The pool was a much welcomed necessity in this 40° heat. 'I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. The staff members were not helpful and were playing some sorta games all the time. I planned this for my parents but it was very bad experience. The area was good...

'Checkin was not smooth as the hotel said they have not received my booking and it took them several hours to find my booking. At checkout again the receptionist asked for room payment which was already paid during booking. Breakfast menu was very limited and not up to the mark in quality & taste. '

'This property is very reasonably priced in comparison to what you get. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was fab. I had the paneer makhani and jeera rice for dinner and it was sooo good. There is a pharmacy a few doors down which was very useful for me. I did a tuk tuk tour around Jodhpur and there were no issues with picking me up and dropping me back to this hotel. This is a very good 3* hotel and they even went out of their way to pack me a breakfast when I was leaving early. I...

'A hidden Gem in the beautiful city of Jodhpur, on walking distance of the Fort and just next to the step well.'

'Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements...

'They give you a feeling that you a really welcome. Prices with different kind of taxes should good to told to foreign tourist. They don’ t know all kind of taxes. A desert is a desert when you feel and see the space.That is not really evry’ where. If you want this,ask for for a good walk by camel if you wanted to feel the desert. It is possible. The garden, all is wonderfull inside the resort.'
