'They give you a feeling that you a really welcome. Prices with different kind of taxes should good to told to foreign tourist. They don’ t know all kind of taxes. A desert is a desert when you feel and see the space. That is not really evry’ where. If you want this, ask for for a good walk by camel if you wanted to feel the desert. It is possible. The garden, all is wonderfull inside the resort.'

'This is really a special place. The fact that the place was built as a palace (btw still being used by the Raj) speaks for itself uniqueness and quality. The services are outstanding and the personnel are really making you feel welcome and truly special. Food was amazing.'

'The staffs were really helpful'

'The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous; however, the pool needs maintenance and a good cleaning—it's a shame there's been this neglect.'

'Clean room, Great Food and Great service'

'The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

'STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. TOILET FLUSH works only after around 15 mins after a flush. I saw multiple people complaining about their rooms at the...

Aardige personeel. Ruime slaapkamer, waar we 2 extra bedden...

'Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

'The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. However, this hotel was in the old city of Jodhpur and the surroundings was very raw. Hotel has a very old building and we felt lack of proper ventilation during the stay. Certainly not worth the price, would not do it again. '

'Overpriced rooms. Breakfast 3x expensive than other hotels we stayed in. '

'It need some repairs but it was ok'

'Excellent Property, Nice Location, Well Maintained, Helpful staff, Good Food'
