This year our daughter forgot some things that she had set aside for the the ride home. We were contacted immediately. The person cleaning the unit was pleasant and incredibly helpful. She dropped the items off at our friend’s house so we didn’t have to turn around. Communication with the owner is easy...

'Nice...peaceful...beautiful! 5th Ave Beach 5 minutes walk from the unit. Very comfy and clean. Very responsive and accessible property management, but they made it so easy we never had to call! You need to get in your car to go out to dining or attractions (nothing is more than 10 minutes away), and the beauty of that is, that when you return, you're coming back to your little hideaway!'

'Booked this the week prior and was pleasantly surprised with my entire stay. Booking process easy, check in was seamless, and the host was very responsive to our communication. The condo itself was very tidy and well kept, though slightly outdated but we weren’t looking for anything fancy as we personally weren’t staying inside for much of our trip so that was far from a deal breaker. 'We stayed a couple of nights over Easter and it was a nice, relaxing getaway. It wasn’t busy even though it was spring break. The indoor pool was great. Plenty of room in the condo for all four of us. Had all the essentials in the kitchen to cook an Easter dinner. Did an egg hunt in front of the condo for the kids. Condo was truly a home away from home!'

'This house is incredible. It's close to the beach and downtown areas. The house has an open floor plan with a great kitchen, 3 amazing bathrooms and bedrooms. We came into town for my sister's funeral and it was really important to us to have a place where my family could come and go and be together throughout the weekend. The owner, Jason, was very responsive. Can't say enough great things about this property.'
