Herbergen in Lower Sugarloaf Key

'This is a great place just minutes away from Key West proper. The rooms are nice (at least, ours was), the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the property is well-maintained. Parking is in a gravel lot adjacent to the buildings and very close to the lobby, elevators, and restaurants. We did not use any of their resort amenities, so I will not opine on their quality. I will note that you need to add the daily resort fee to your room charge and tax to estimate the daily rate for staying...

'Great hotel, parking, pool, room, and breakfast all perfect. Wonderful staff!'

'The hosts are very communicative. Venture out is a nice place to stay. The house has a few things that made the stay not as wonderful as possible. Countertop ice maker did not work, toilet seat in master bathroom is very loose, ants in the kitchen and a roach in guest bathroom. The a/c unit drips water onto your parked vehicle. With that being said the trip was not ruined.'

'Kamer zijn niet echt vies maar moeten beter schoongemaakt worden. Daarnaast zijn de bedden echt te klein om volwassenen op te laten slapen. Locatie is wel perfect alleen alles heeft een update nodig.'

'The location itself was beautiful, but the management and Expedia clearly lacks a connection in communication'

'Hotel did not off free breakfast package included and paid for in stay. Hotel does not offer breakfast on weekends, only brunch. On checkout, we were charged for a breakfast which should have been included in our stay. We were told we ate past the breakfast hours which were in the brunch hours 😡'

'Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Kamer was netjes, schoon en ruim. Service was goed: extra handdoeken en gekoelde flesjes water bij het zwembad bijvoorbeeld.'
