'Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed.'

'Moet bijna 60 dollar betalen voor de service, wat ik belachelijk veel vind omdat ik ook al 300 euro betaal voor de kamer per nacht. Dan blijkt door zeewier je ook nog eens geen gebruik kan maken van het strand en dat zeewier stinkt zo erg( lijkt wel rioollucht) dat het ook ontzettend stinkt bij het zwembad. '
