The staff from the front desk to the kitchen to the bar tenders were all friendly and attentive. Angela and Bryan - I can't say enough good about these two fine people. I saw the Manager quite a few times and even though I didn't catch his name, I heard him tell his staff "I'm on it"...

« We booked this hotel while visiting family, and one of the main reasons we chose it was because we were traveling with my father, who is blind. We really appreciated the spacious accessible room and the grab bars in the bathroom, which made his stay much easier and more comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience. « Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again. »
