'Well it’s very outdated, carpet was gross, bathroom door was hard to close, had to slam it to get it shut. Pool was nice but there were so many children unaccompanied by parents, our children couldn’t swim more than a foot due to the other children jumping into the pool almost on top of them. 'Very clean, nice staff, comfortable bed, no issues'

'The hotel was under construction and so not at its best. Lots of dust in the rooms and hallways. Often strong paint smells in the hallway. The pool was neither hot nor cold.'

'I like the room. But there is a little bit of what looked like mold in the corners in the bathroom, and there was a little stain on the sheet when I got in there, so I had to get new sheets. I also found there was a very odd smell when you walked into the hotel, but the hotel overall was okay, and it was close to Kings Island.'

'I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him.
