'The front desk staff was extremely helpful! We booked two rooms, and even though we didn’t initially request they be connected, they worked to make it happen! The breakfast was great all 3 mornings we were there. There were people who came down at 8:45 (they stop serving at 9) and upset that there were not a full array of options available, but common sense says there won’t be. Other than that, the selection differed each day which was nice. The location is wonderful if going to Kings Island...

'This hotel is full of mold. The 1st room. I was in had visible mold in the corners of the room and on the bathroom ceiling. It was horrible. The 2nd room was better mold but still poorly renovated.'

'Stayed for four nights, didn’t have room service one time. Had to go down to ask for more towels and trash bags. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was urine and hair on the side of the toilet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were practically empty.'

'So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was.'

'This was my third stay at this property. I stayed one night while traveling through town. It was clean enough and quiet enough.'

'The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!'

'hoewel gelegen aan de afrit van de I75 is het hotel niet in de het dorp Middeltown gelegen. makkelijk als je naar de in de omgeving wil reizen maar alleen naar Middeltown is er weinig te doen.'

'This hotel should be condemned! Mold, roaches, and funky smells should be the only words in the description! Staff is rude and lazy. Floors were sticky, big bubbles in paint(water damage), carpets are nasty. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They tried to say I had been smoking in a room. The same room that made me feel deathly ill. It smelled like rotting death after the bleach they used to cover it up stopped working. NEVER STAY HERE!!!'

'For the price you pay the room is more than sufficient. Room is clean and in your room you do have a fridge, microwave and coffemaker. Located close to some restaurants and I-75. Would stay here again.'
