They have the phone lines broken in so you have to go to reception for any concern, and then they say they'll do something and never do. I asked TWO times about broken air conditioning, I asked TWICE for them TO CLEAN MY BED SHEETS and they NEVER DID, and I asked FIVE TIMES to have help with wifi NOT WORKING and they never showed up. 'Vorig jaar verbleven we in de goedkopere Olivia naast de deur...ik was dan ook teleurgesteld dat het eten van dezelfde (slechte) kwaliteit was....had wat anders verwacht voor een palace...de sfeer de kamers wel in.orde, thee en koffiezet in de kamer wat handig is, een zalig bad, veel.zenders op de tv, vriendelijk personeel, elke dag vonden we bijna geen ligstoelen aan het zwembad wegens het leggen vd handdoeken van mensen op de ligzetels terwijl ze er niet zijn...zou niet mogen ! Moet dringend...

'Only 2 People in a room. So you have a roommate and not a dorm. That's great. Free coffee and water, also great. Very well maintained and cleaned very thoroughly every day. Great job by the cleaners! The only small disadvantage is location it's a little far to the beach and to city center Would definitely stay again!'

'We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly. For us it was a good homebase to explore the island if you don’t want to stay in the touristy areas. After 6 pm there is not a single tourist left in this beautiful town! Next shopping in Antigua, the restaurants in Betancuria close at 6pm! I loved the house and the entire...
