'Codes to enter the property wasn't sent before the check in, then tried to call the numbers no answer. Ignored all the phone calls and the instructions weren't accurate so took too long to find the place and enter. Not sufficient hot water to shower, when informed no action was taken. Had to wait hours for the water to get hot after 2 people had showers. When reported promised it'll be sorted but nothing was done till the check out date after 5 days. 'The property is old but kept well. The rooms were spacious with great balcony. The rooms were clean but my towel was stained and I wished there were some additional tissues. The air condition worked perfectly (which in my Spain stays seems to be a rare thing!). The staff were very nice and polite. '
