'I was expecting to rooms to look exactly like what I seen on Expedia‘s website. It was the total opposite dated dirty unsanitized rooms with worn out linens curtains with 1 inch of dust and dirt dirty phones, chipped up furniture stains on the couches. This is not acceptable at all. The continental breakfast area was not acceptable.'
