'We staid in the Holm Oak Barn, this is a very roomy place. The bedrooms are quite large and have a plenty of root to maneuver around. There’s a bathtub in one room, a standing shower in another and a handicap bathroom in the master bedroom. The beds are comfortable and pleasant to sleep in. The kitchen has all the pots & pans you would need, with plenty of utensils. The location is certainly located to a few towns and makes it easy to run out for food and groceries. 'The Tallow Factory is a wonderful character-filled place for a family or group gathering, in the heart of Dedham Village and the surrounding Dedham Vale. The ground floor has three comfortable entertaining areas, if you include the walled garden along with the wood beamed lounge and large country kitchen. Upstairs easily sleeps 8-10 people. The neighboring Sun Inn serves excellent food. Thoroughly recommend!!'
