With three spacious double bedrooms, two en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with Wi-Fi, the villa is designed for relaxation year-round.

Outside, guests can unwind beside the private swimming pool or enjoy meals on the sunlit terrace. The villa is pet-friendly, with a €50 supplement per pet, and welcomes guests of all backgrounds with warmth and hospitality. Please note: parking inside the property is prohibited, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. All guests must be present at check-in for legal registration, and the tourist tax (€3/night/person) is payable on arrival. Late check-in/out incurs a fee. Non-compliance with house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
