'Run down rental. Mildew in showers. Main floor dirty, I worse shoes to keep my feet clean. No fitted sheets on bed and a fitted sheet was laid over the comforters. A lot of stairs to get to upstairs bedrooms. It was a decent place to stay. '

'Great location in San Jose to reach downtown, university, and highway. Toiletries provided (shampoo, soap, and conditioner in showers, hand soap in all restrooms). Loved lounging and people watching (in the middle of busy Santana Row) from the LARGE window, and able to address dietary preferences by using the fully equipped kitchen & large fridge. The stairs are challenging for the elderly but great to seperate kids vs adults in the upstairs loft master while being able to hear everything on the...
