'The room was dirty spiders crawling on the ceilings. Dead bugs and filth on the ground and in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. The bottom of the shower curtain was dirty. No trash bags in the trashes The fridge didn’t work we had to get ice from the ice machine to keep our things cold. The conditioner and body wash containers were empty. The breakfast was gross. 'The property was clean and in good condition. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spacious; Bedroom with 2 queen beds a little tight for 3 adults. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast person left hand written positive messages on each breakfast table that brightened my day. Breakfast had good options and hot foods were prepared well. Would stay again!'

'Property was in a good location and rooms were very nice but staff were far from helpful. I booked this property for several classes I registered for - three hours from home. I asked for early checkin - denied - no discussion , no compromise. I asked if I could use the pool area - also denied. All future reservations were cancelled. Rigid checkin rules with zero consideration for guests is not something I expected. This property is not customer friendly.'
