'Loved this house. 6 adults in our family and it worked great for us. Great location with easy boating access to both Gulf & Atlantic. Really enjoyed the newly installed pool everyday. It was great to just hang out by on the days we didn’t go out in the boat and was great to cool off in after a day in the boat. The poolshower was a bonus to rinse off in before and after the pool. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the community and family-friendly amenities. The home was spotless, updated, and well-stocked. 'This property has it all. Canal access to the open water, 2br 2 bath which is great for 2 couples staying like us, a cute coffee shop and boutique within walking distance. Overall fantastic!! We had a bit of a snafu during check in where the guard wasn't aware we were coming in Sunday instead of Monday, but that got ironed out. The owners were super responsive. One warning tho - you can only park 1 vehicle at the house and you are only allowed 1 extra vehicle in overflow parking which is first...
