Needs new pots and pans, knives, coffee table, door repainted and opening of door working . The water pressure in the bath is terrible and although there was a problem with the kitchen sick, that was addressed. '

'The view of the ocean from our third floor was wonderful and we loved leaving the screened patio doors open to hear the sound of the waves while we slept. Access to the beach and the pool was easy. We appreciated the fact that building has a bin for recyclables.'

'This was our second time staying at this property, and it's terrific! The furnishings are great and very comfortable. The apartment is sparkling clean and well-equipped with all the essential supplies (paper towels, dishwashing soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The large deck is fabulous -- a great spot to relax and enjoy the view, especially the spectacular sunrises. The host provides an excellent supply of information prior to arrival and is quick to respond to questions. We definitely will...

'Quick overnight for wedding. Incredible views and nice community. Even with elevator, there was a flight of stairs- which would not be an issue for 99 percent of folks- but I had a sprained ankle The views were incredible and the condo is very well appointed .The condo mgr was fabulous- we were a last minute booking and she was so responsive.Would highly recommend '

'We had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Island condo. It was very clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view that made for a truly relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described and well-maintained. The only small downside was that the couch wasn’t very comfortable for movie nights, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and we’d happily return.'
