« I received several reminders of my upcoming stay at the resort but when I arrived LATE at night, there was a sign on the door stating that they were CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Needless to say I was not happy trying to find a place to stay in a resort town that I was unfamiliar with. »

« Brand new hotel, staff is great and there are bald eagles flying around everywhere! Lots of other water birds as well. Nice outdoor space, but it was too cold. »

« We didn’t stay for breakfast. The room heater was very noisy and sounded as though it was going to quit. Also, there was only 1 luggage carrier available for the entire place. »

« People, workers doing renovations screaming outside the door. Someone grilling fish in their room, made my room smell horrible. I didnt stay. I checkedout 30 minutes after checking in. »

« The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity »
