Worst Holiday Inn I’ve experienced.
Hairs (men’s nether region hairs) on the bathroom floor when I got there.
Room had an adjoining door that kept out no noise. I woke up at 3:45 AM to a blaring TV in the room next-door. After trying to go back to sleep for 45 minutes I finally called the front desk. They went ahead and sent someone upstairs to knock on their door and it stopped.
The next morning, let’s just say I could hear everything happening in the other bathroom. Breakfast food was cold and sausages hard and crunchy. Zero stars on taste.
I stayed two nights and got no housekeeping after the first night.
Couldn’t use the heat in the room because it smelled like burnt dust. No thermostat, just an old-fashioned register by the window with knobs. Visible dirt and dust inside the register.
Staff obviously smoking in the housekeeping room, could smell it by the elevator.
I wouldn’t come back.
