Cottages in Lincoln

'Bathroom paint & trim we not done with quality. The toilet ran all the time because the tank flappper didn’t seal. We told the maintenance man in our way out. The building is definitely older, and looks like it has gone through some updating. It was ok, but because the value vs what we paid was very good, there. Is no sense bashing the place. Would I stay again. I probably would '

'We checked in. And within the hour checked out. It smelled like cat urine, mildew and smoke. Stairwells looked like it belonged in an inner city housing project complex. Notice on the desk stated locals that were staying required a 100$ deposit, makes you wonder if they offer by the hour rates. The staff made everyone in the entire party of 4 uncomfortable and unsafe. '

'Pool was not operating, the only reason we chose that hotel. Would have been nice to know before booking. Beds were comfy. Basic continental breakfast. Hotel/ Room had a musty smell. Quiet location'

'This is a wonderfully unique home with delightful surprises at every turn. The attention to detail is amazing and thoughtful consideration is evident everywhere. Loved the fire pit in the wonderful large yard and this location has easy access to restaurants, businesses and the interstate. I most definitely would stay there again if in the area. '

'Cutest little spot!! Love the bar area inside to congregate around. Perfect living area for board games. The opening bookcase is so fun. We will be back!'
