The apartment is on the fourth floor of a small, beautiful and modern building that drew the attention from mainstream media. In 2016, LLAMA Urban Design, the architecture firm behind the concept of the building, beat the international design competition to develop the new contemporary art pavilion of the Art Museum of Lima (MALI). So… this building was made by people how definitely know about style.

Things to note:

In Miraflores, there are some constructions on office hours (8am to 5pm). This usually is not a problem for the guests (we have soundproof windows), but it can be an issue if you are extremely sensitive to the noise and want to sleep until late.

The Cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the apartment after you leave. If you want extra cleaning service —in the middle of your stay—, please ask for it: we can arrange a price considering the time you are in our space.
