'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). Luckily they were able to provide the right code so we could get in.The studio is smaller then the pictures show and smelled terrible. The smell was moldy in especially the bathroom and cabinet in Living room, but the smell was everywhere. The studio, not condo, was old and...

'Didn’t use the pool. The place is well kept but just on the older side. We booked last minute. Communication and the people are excellent. '

'Host was very responsive, making the check in and out process really easy. Room looked exactly like in the photos. But I wish the sofa bed was thick and that the attachments were not rusted. So whoever stays on the sofa bed may be a little uncomfortable, but everything else was clean and lovely. Also appreciated that the unit we were staying in has a washer and dryer for my clothes! You get a great view of the ocean and a visit from the local chickens which makes for a lively time.'

'The condo was in the most perfect location. Pool is right out the front door and the ocean out the back. When we checked in and noticed the TV was broken. There was a new one had arrived within a couple hours. I would have liked to see some coffee in the cupboard.'

'Great condo in a good location for travelers wanting to do things on both the north and south sides of Kauai. Beautiful view. Nice clean apartment. In unit laundry was a big plus! Also, really appreciate that the bedroom has an AC unit. Best sleep I’ve had in any place I’ve stayed over 5 trips to Hawaii. Will rent this one again in the future.'

'We had such an amazing stay! It was a quiet property, but there was still lots to do nearby which we loved. The grounds are beautiful and so was the condo! And of course the view was spectacular! Parking was easy even when we had to park in the overflow lot. Great spot!'

'Our condo at Banyam Resort was great. Allan, the host, was very available for a glitch we had. He went out of his way to accommodate us. The condo was completely bare of kitchen spice essentials, which meant we had to buy salt and pepper etc. An easy fix I'm sure once he is aware.'
