'Property is as advertised. Host was accommodating. Watched surfers, kite surfers, and saw turtles right from the balcony. Beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch. Even though it’s on the first floor, it is completely private and secure. Couldn’t see anyone else on their lanais and no one comes back where the lanai is. Note, there are a few stairs to the unit. 'Equiped with all things you most things you need and use at home. Even has beach supplies like noodles and boogie boards. The beach close by is great for swimming and learning to surf. Not much to see for snorkeling. There are a lot of sea turtles further down in the bay, just watch for their heads! Would stay again.'

'Everything about the condo worked out great for us. We wanted to be in a central location so we could easily access all parts of the island. Plenty a places accessible via a short walk as well. Views are spectacular, space was great for our family, kitchen well stocked for meals at home, and plenty of snorkel equipment for our whole family of 6. Appreciated the recommendations, especially the instructions for accessing the magical beach within walking distance of the property. Hope we can return someday again!'

'Really enjoyed staying at Bill’s place! The location is perfect for exploring the north shore. Spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the great mountain and partial ocean views. Studio was exceptionally clean and well equipped to make simple meals and the cooler, beach chairs etc is a nice bonus. The detailed instructions are very helpful for arrival/parking.
