Cottages in Licking Creek

'heater didn’t work, only air, bathtub was broken , fridge was broken and didn’t get cold'

'This is a low budget motel, so I don't expect much. But the room has to be clean and this was not! Multiple stains on the bed linnen, sheets and towels. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and the carpet was not clean.'

'The property was unique and the perfect setting for my brother’s wedding. The food at the restaurant was some of the best I have ever eaten. The staff, particularly our server and bartender, were truly outstanding!'

'Staff was great. Room was reasonably clean and spacious. Cold water wasn't working quite right and door panel was cracked, leaking air into the room.'

'I location was great, right on the main strip. However, the accommodations are very basic, similar to a hostile, not a hotel. Clean but bed was very uncomfortable. I’d only recommend if it were the last place in town and if the price were more like $50/night.'

'Just fine, no complaints. Room was fine. There is even a small balcony, although it was too warm to sit outside.'

'Parking- ok, except curbs outside of rooms were high and dangerous if you are not careful TV- did not work well. We had to have host come in both times we stayed, and then had to unplug it as it would not turn off Bathroom- The sliver of soap provided was not enough for two people, and there were no extras, like a hairdryer or additional towels, no bath mat Hosts were great and responded quickly, and the room was clean and comfortable.'

'Nice peaceful place. Everything you need to enjoy time away from civilization.'

'Easier communication would be nice'

'Elderly couple,Husband and wife. One towel, wash cloth, hand towel. One pillow. Toilet paper holder was broken. Handle on night stand was broken. No place to hang clothing. Parking lot was not maintained.'

'The house was just perfect. My son lives in that area so I will look forward to staying there again.'

'The place wasn’t very busy and the man at the desk was very friendly and in fact, walked me down to my room and unlocked it for me and showed me around and showed me how to use the air conditioner/heater, so that was excellent. The room was very small just about big enough to put the bed, but I was just looking for a place to sleep overnight and so that was fine. I couldn’t get the television to work but I didn’t take a lot of time trying to figure it out either. So it was a good place to stay...

'The shower worked well so refreshing after being on the road!'
