'Clean room Breakfast was not great'

'The breakfast was ok. Not much variety and some weird choices. When you are staying there for several nights, breakfast is the same every morning.'

'The staff was friendly upon check in and the young woman I spoke to regarding our late check in was very helpful and polite when I called to inform her. Quite honestly, the price of our room for two nights was too high and unreasonable, outrageous! We paid luxury hotel price per night only because they could charge it! We stayed here due to nothing else being available on the weekend we were in town, and we HAD to be there. Hotel needs a refresh. Dusty smelling bed, towels and linens, not...

'Loved our stay! Top notch service all around. Bar and food = excellent!'

'We would definitely return. The beds are comfortable and hotel located in a quiet area.'

'De bedden waren comfortabel. Dat is eigenlijk het enige positieve wat we kunnen noemen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door een Duitse dame, maar daar hield de klantvriendelijk helaas meteen op. De rest van het personeel is ongeïnteresseerd en er kan geen glimlach van af. Best wel beschamend als je met grote letters op de muren en grond zet dat je doel is je gasten blij te maken. 'Everything was great but, the shower was terrible no water pressure & no hot water! Needs to be addressed!'

'We enjoyed our stay, rooms are clean and the shower was great! We really like the Spark ! Definitely recommend!'

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have an elevator! When we requested handicap-accessible accommodations, the staff stated they had first-floor rooms for guests with disabilities, but none were available. They could not guarantee us a first-floor room or tell us when one would become available. We ultimately had to book another hotel. The staff...

'just outdated'

'Breakfast was no great coffee awful. Place could use a makeover but clean. Staff at front desk was great.'

'Nice facility. Great location. Good breakfast!'
