« Hôtel à bit dated but room was very clean, as was the bathroom and shower. Staff were really nice. The Cobb salad at the bistro was freshly prepared and the green goddess dressing was nice. Best Cobb I’ve had. »

« We had issues with check-in. We checked in at 9 pm and then was subsequently charged a late check-in. Around 11:30 pm we had another guest walk into our room. The next day upon returning to my room, our room keys had been deactivated. Didn’t find out until we were at our room around 10:30 pm. We returned to the desk and got them fixed. We were told that they had us in another. The next morning is when I got charged the late fee. It was all taken care of at checkout but it was a very frustrating...

« There were plenty of parking spaces. I didnt have to worry about whether there was going to be parking available when I returned from being out. The room was clean. I have stayed here many times , and I would stay again . »

« Staff was exceptional especially the front desk lady who was so polite and helpful. Hotel and room was clean. The kids loved the pool and breakfast was good as well. I highly recommend this hotel in Hamburg Lexington KY. Next trip back this way I’ll be staying again no question. »

« Nice staff, good location, comfortable bed, large t.v. They need to do a better job at cleaning. There were finger prints on the mirror and on the wooden part of the shelf in the bathroom etc. There is also no room in the bathroom to put things. A larger shelf or small table would be nice. The lot outside was an ice rink. Guests were spinning their tires trying to get out of their spots. I almost got stuck. Please pay a service to salt the lot when weather gets like this. »
