« The house was clean and had everything we needed. I did want others who may read the reviews to know the neighborhood was pretty run down. We were visiting from out of state and got an uncomfortable feeling about it. We did observe prostitution right outside and a lot of homelessness in the area. »

« The location was great in terms of being close to the things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable. I also really appreciated the black out curtains in the bedrooms. The owner was responsive and helpful. The only small ding is the road noise from the highway, which the owner can't help. I sleep with a fan, so it helped to drown the traffic noise out. We were comfortable here. »

The property information states the owner lives just down the street but when commenting about the issues we had and that the horse farm shown in the on-line photos had been excavated and instead of a field of horses behind the house, it was a giant wall of dirt, he indicated he lived far away and didn’t get to the property...

« This house was amazing for 3 couples. Great location! Perfect for hitting the Bourbon trail. Newly updated, modern decor, everything you need in the kitchen for meals. Some of the reviews complain about the neighborhood not being safe. I strongly disagree with this. We spent an evening sitting on the front porch/lawn area. Never did I feel there was any danger or strange things going on around us. In fact we spoke with a few of the neighbors who were very nice and friendly. I would definitely...

« Only reason I'm giving four stars is because there's a pet fee that wasn't listed/communicated up front. But that's not a big deal, everything else about this listing is phenomenal! Even had Ale8 waiting for us upon arrival, made my day. Everything's very straightforward and we loved having a king size bed as well as a GREAT yard for our dogs. »

« This was a perfect location. We hosted our friends for Keeneland. We walked to our favorite restaurants and bars. Quick ride to Keeneland. It was perfect! The property manager was great to work with very responsive and appreciative of our business. Easy in and out we just started the dishwasher when we left and locked up. »
