'Piso idoneo para usar como dormitorio únicamente. En la cocina faltan utensilios y platos para poder preparar comidas cómodamente. Los sofas son bastante incomodos. Las habitaciones son adecuadas, camas cómodas, con persianas que permiten bloquear la luz completamente, y buenas ventanas con cristal doble. El edificio estaba totalmente desocupado, parecía que solo dos de los apartamentos estaban habitables.'

'Friendly owner. Plenty of space for all 11 of us.We spent most of our time either in the pool, the outdoor kitchen or on the balcony. The family range a from 4 to 60s and we all really enjoyed our time here. Albert told us that the area around the gas station and he was not wrong. We even had to use the car repair place which we can recommend.An added bonus for us was visits from a ginger cat we named Skippy/Skipper/Skipdog. He became quite friendly by the end of our holiday.'

'The flat was spacious with parking garage. Overall it was ok but would suggest better cleaning (especially the shower) and some upgrades to the painting and bathroom. It was a bit dusty. Upstairs shower could not use, but wasn’t mentioned in the description! Looks better on the pictures than actually is! Ana, the property manager was awesome and very helpful!'

'The pictures look fantastic but in reality the place is VERY run down. Pretty much everything is broken. The faucets are missing parts, the stairs wobble, the clothes washer won't finish a cycle, there are holes in most walls, light fixtures are dangling, broken, or even sometimes completely missing, the couches are torn and smell of urine, the art on the wall has holes in it, the sliding window door won't close, the clothes drying racks have more missing parts than remaining...

'We loved this location. I stayed with one friend, so we each had a bedroom. Apartment is in a local neighborhood. Right around the corner there is a street with lots of tapas bars where we ate most nights for local flavor. The apartment itself is on a quiet street. Very convenient to the metro - the nearest stop us Parallel, minutes from the apartment and easy to use the metro to get everywhere. At the Parallel station, you can also catch the funicular to Monjuic. We used the metro to get to...
