'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'It was all we hoped for and more. The only thing we were disappointed about was there was no beach but that wasn’t the accommodations fault since in winter time there is almost no beach because of the way the wind blows. '

'Me my wife and kids had a lots of fun. They already missed this place. We are at Dreams Safari resort right now for extended vacation, everything about this resort make us miss Ventus Ha resort already. I will definitely come back to Ventus next time.'
