'This was the perfect place for my family of 3. Great location. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, river and fun little surprise of the farmers market on Dock street Sunday morning. There’s so much to do downtown and this property was so convenient. It was very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable with soft bedding. The host was responsive and kind. We would definitely stay at this property next time we visit Wilmington.'
