Flats in Leeward Coast

'This condo was amazing. We are a family of 5 and stayed 12 days. The owner or management were super responsive and accommodating. They often just checked in with us digitally. We valued the space, laundry, kitchen, and free parking. The 3rd and 4th Ko’Olina lagoons were a mile walk. Super easy with kids 9, 10, and 12 years old. There is also free parking by each lagoon but those fill up quickly. There is paid parking all day at the marina near by as well. There is an ABC store, some...

'A homey building, so relaxing and comfortable. Just what we wanted with a gorgeous beachfront view. We saw lots of turtles, whales and magnificent sunsets from an ocean facing lanai. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to make most of our own meals and snacks. The area is not touristy and is a bit scruffy but we didn't let that get in the way of enjoying this handsome property. The pool is great. We can't wait to return!'

'We had such an amazing time! Our family of four loved the condo! The views were spectacular. The Beach Villas are so well run and maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The check in information was easy to follow, and the condo was exactly as described.We selected this condo based on previous reviews, and it did not disappoint. The location is not too far from Honolulu, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby - even a Costco to gas...

'This was a great comfortable place to stay. With the beach right there on two sides, nice bed and couches, fully equipped kitchen, what’s not to love. My daughter said on our last day, “I could stay here a month.” If we return to Hawaii next summer, and the plan is to do so, we hope to get the same place again.'
