'The property itself was great. The staff was just not knowledgeable and could not help me but also could not give me the number of someone who could help me. From the experience of the girl at the front desk being rude and unhelpful we will not be back for the reason alone. Plus they also couldnt refund, give credit, or points for having to leave early due to the snow storm that was happening while we were there. If we stayed we would have had to add more nights because we would have been snowed...
